incoming tide

let me begin with i have sight fished my whole life and im not fond of fishing with bait(sitting and waiting for a bite)

so what techniques do you guys try from when the incoming tide has hit the grass line to a fishable flood tide. this time period is my weakest link and would love to hear some ideas.

thanks in advance.

try any weedless topwater or bottom, popping cork with a gulp or doa

thanks BB

what is considered a weedless topwater bait for this area?

regarding the bottom, try along any edge or do you prefer a point or a creek mouth?

still an incoming tide too?

try your spoons , freshwater buzzbait ,I have caught them with floating worms.
I start with fish the grass edge and then I go in the the grass. I don’t have much luck fishing the creek mouth but have luck fishing the creek edge

Try a jerk bait on a offset worm hook. Z-Man, Gulp, Bass Asassain etc.
