Boat was seen on Folly Road James Island about 5:30 on Thursday afternoon 6/18 coming back from Folly Beach area. I have something that belongs to the owner if anyone happens know them, blew out boat. Boat has a T top, is light tan/off white, seafoam green below the waterline, looked like a 20 foot model.
