Has anyone fish in St Thomas USVI? Any suggestions on charters?

Gonna 2nd Ocean Surfari. We had Capt Spencer and on a 4 hour charter he managed to get me my first blue. Guy was super chill young charter out of Florida and now he is down there. Talk about living the dream.
