I clean, vacuum pack and freeze them for her. She likes them gutted, scaled and head removed to fry whole. She likes to eat the fins…

Nice! May full Moon is the 26th! I haven’t tried them around here, but my neighbor make the run down to the Everglades for the bream and oscars. He used to carry crickets, but now takes meal worms. Says they stay alive for months in a refrigerator and work just as well as crickets. I’m not sure were he sources them though.
