Biden gas prices

Aren’t you just loving these Biden gas prices? It’s over three dollars gallon gallon in North Carolina today. On a yearly basis this adds up to a chunk of change but they environmental groups are getting their way. Now Biden can tell them he is reducing the carbon footprint as he wrecks the economy

More obfuscation.

You know better.
Power of the purse is held in the House.
President can't spend any money he isn't given by Congress.

Haha,

Who proposes the budget to Congress...

"The president submits a budget to Congress by the first Monday in February every year. The budget contains estimates of federal government income and spending for the upcoming fiscal year and also recommends funding levels for the federal government."

Here is this little tidbit too...

And, Drumpf sure didn't have a problem signing for the spending...

Yet, more obfuscation. Maybe you don't know better. In that case, let me help.

The executive may request whatever he likes. However, ultimately he can neither tax or appropriate.

“All Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with amendments as on other Bills.”
— U.S. Constitution, Article I, section 7, clause 1

“No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law; and a regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time.”
— U.S. Constitution, Article I, section 9, clause 7

You're welcome.

Yeah, right...

So, what happens if the President doesn't sign the Bill? Yep, it doesn't become law... Civics 101... Nice try though PS...

All Drumpf had to do was veto the bills and THEN you would have a logical argument that Congress FORCED spending down Drumpf throat by overriding the vetos... Nope, Drumph happily signed, and therefore it is Drumpf's deficits...

Almost forgot the revenue side... Drumpf championed the unfunded tax cut bill and signed it into law... Yep, never paid for itself and never would/will... Just created more of a deficit...
