Aren’t you just loving these Biden gas prices? It’s over three dollars gallon gallon in North Carolina today. On a yearly basis this adds up to a chunk of change but they environmental groups are getting their way. Now Biden can tell them he is reducing the carbon footprint as he wrecks the economy

Hey Bob, who is they?

You hear the Black on Black violence in Chicago last week? Over 100 shootings!!, up from the weekly average of 60. You'd think Lightfoot would ask Biden and the federal Government for help. Just more corrupt city leaders lying to cover their arse instead of facing truths and looking for solutions... All the Biden and Trump @#@# out, this crap is just unacceptable no matter who is President.

Ever think about her resemblance to BeetleJuice... Gotta find humor where you can dude... Because nothing else is funny about this piece of crap leader. Now go ahead and deflect to bashing Trump.

After it cools a bit this afternoon, go catch us some more Crappie! Hope you retrieve your brush pile numbers. My old partner in Crime in Eutawville goes out at 2:00a.m. to dump his Christmas trees and PVC umbrellas/ porcupines. You ever seen those? they work. You never did answer on bait? Jig ..Shiners.. cricket, worms.. ? If you know any plumbers or well workers see if they have some scrap pvc get a five gallon bucket and hole saw it to pvc circumference in many places to put in pipe.. then fill bucket with cement let dry and pick a spot.... Let's stay truthful if nothing else While Bashing Trump and supporting Biden. Never hit $3.00 under Trump, per your link. During his entire term the average was $2.49. In Biden's 1/2 year it's an average of $3.10. To give him credit or lack of it, he still has 3 1/2 years to average it back down. Fingers crossed.. Glass half full. COME ON MAN!! You can do it Biden!! Prove me wrong that it won't be $4.00 by fall. I might have missed it, fall's not far off.

C&P

"Heading into the 2018 Memorial Day weekend, regular gasoline prices averaged $2.92 per gallon (gal) nationally on May 21, up from last year’s price of $2.40/gal before the holiday weekend. This year marks the highest price ahead of the Memorial Day weekend since 2014, when the national average price of regular gasoline was $3.67/gal. Relatively higher crude oil spot prices, higher gasoline demand, and falling gasoline inventories are all factors contributing to higher gasoline prices."

Now Fred you know who they are.
My brush piles are 9 foot high and 9 foot wide. I put 4 or 5 of them in one spot. Good and big. I've been putting out and adding to for 10 years and they hold the crappie. "Minners" is what I fish with.

I just texted my son who went to Chapel Hill from Asheville, filling deer feeders, putting up cameras. He said gas was 2.89+ depending on where you wanted to stop.

How about under Bush.... $150ish per barrel of oil...

Reality is I am not stupid enough to blame any president over gas prices... Reality is really low gas prices means the economy is in the crapper typically...

Oil is PRICED on a World market... The only way for a US President to control it would be to nationalized it... Are you for that, or capitalism?

Oil production rose the GREATEST amount under Obama than any other president... Should Obama get credit for that?

How about Trump stopping exploration off South Carolina's coast, Florida, etc... Who's fault is that... Let's open up our waters to the oil industry, are you for that, or just another NIMBY...

https://www.offshore-energy.biz/trump-bans-oil-drilling-off-florida-georgia-and-south-carolina/

"U.S. President Donald Trump has signed an order to extend an offshore oil drilling ban in the eastern Gulf of Mexico off Florida until 2032 as he seeks to win support in the state ahead of the election."

Folks that complain about gas prices are just complainers in general... If someone is that broke because of gas they haven't managed their money and that is the core issue... How about invest in oil stocks and then when the price of gas rises you make money to offset the cost at the pump... Simple concept...

Also, I have always said to those that b1tch about gas prices that they need to push their vehicle for 20s mile and then come back to me and tell me that even $10 per gallon isn't a good deal... They shut up real quick and move on to someone else that likes to complain and commiserate about 1st World problems...

The enviro left wants gas up to 7 a gal and they have sleepy Joe’s ear. They preach that the carbon footprint will be reduced. We will need to revisit this in a month or so to see if fuel is still up It’s easy to say that fuel prices shouldn't be blamed on the president but the left blamed everything on Trump including that short lived price bump. It’s hard for the left to defend Biden. They are better off to deflect and try to continue blaming Trump or changing the subject.

I like the shun. It seems to be helping the forum be more interesting and civil .

How about Harris telling the media she can not handle all the tasks Biden has given her.... "I just need to say no to Biden" (Harris's words) WTF!!! She wanted to be President!!! But can't handle a simple request from her BOSS, BIDEN, to help at our Southern Border.

Typical ignorance on display again.

NONE of you stated the REAL reason Republicans are upset about gas prices and Bi -xii!!!!

How soon we forget!!!!

When President Trump left office America was EXPORTING OIL FOR FIRST TIME IN HISTORY!!

Gas was $1.83 gallon national average. IF any of you listened to Trump rallies and interviews you would KNOW THE TRUTH, rather than showing ignorance of the truth per usual!!

ORRRR, if any of you had enough interest in truth about Trump, you would REMEMBER those type facts, rather than depending on dumb arse internet BIASED(both sides) posts.

I am not here to argue or discuss, only to expose ignorance, and state TRUTH, which is VERY LACKING here and abroad!!!!

UP over $1.00 gallon and oil wells SHUT DOWN (within ONE MONTH Bi-Xi taking office were shut down), and the pipeline SHUT DOWN first week in office, which benefited Putin MOST OF ALL!!!!

Dimwits CLAIM to hate Putin, and CLAIM Trump loved Putin because Trump tried to get along PUBLICLY with Putin, while Dimwits publicly only, claim hate, when they LOVE Putin, example Hildick selling 19% of Americans uranium to Putin SECRETLY per usual!!!!

FACTS ONLY!!

Gas still is $2.58 in NC. .I’ll pay whatever, gotta get from point A to point B. Pulling the trailer I get 11 mpg.

Clueless folks in this world, a hybrid doesn’t need a charging station!

What is a hybrid?
Quite simply, a hybrid combines at least one electric motor with a gasoline engine to move the car, and its system recaptures energy via regenerative braking. Sometimes the electric motor does all the work, sometimes it's the gas engine, and sometimes they work together. The result is less gasoline burned and, therefore, better fuel economy. Adding electric power can even boost performance in certain instances.

Sleazy Rider....

Yep, and the greatest INCREASE of oil production happened under Obama...

https://www.eia.gov/energyexplained/oil-and-petroleum-products/imports-and-exports.php

Other FACTS...When Drumpf left office covid was still rampant and oil prices were in the crapper... Using this price point as a marker of success is stupid at best...

Also, the oil industry is still ramping up production due to covid demand destruction and supply REDUCTION...

Reality is in today's World when oil prices are really cheap it means the economy is in the crapper... Well, the economy is doing fine and economic growth happened faster than oil production could handle... Real simple concept for the rational and sane minds of the World...

There are plenty of other things to ding ByeDon about, but brainwashed Drumpf Lemmings choose this losing one... I guess sorta like their Demagogue...

Mixed, what most don't understand about the "chipped" DEF deleted diesel is the amount of fuel being saved even with a bit of black smoke. My someone's 6.7 in a Dodge 5500 went from an average of 6.8 mpg to an average of 12.3 and a best of 15.1 on a long steady 60mph run. So a little black smoke over millions of gallons saved across the country? I'll take a little black smoke. To this day the eruption of Mt. St Helena put more green house gasses in the atmosphere than the entire industrial revolution. Man burning fossil fuel is not the cause of climate change.

No sir, I don't believe it has anything to do with covid deaths, but I do believe it has a lot to do with all the slack arses taking advantage of it and the Dems pouring out so much stimulus money to let the free Ice Cream crowd not have to work. F Covid. get over it. It's here and we can not put it back in the bottle... Let's get EVERYONE back to work and quit belly aching. Originally posted by Fred67

And if truck drivers get sick and die, or their immediate family member gets sick and dies, who fills the drivers spot? Another driver fills in, but then his route gets altered, eventually the supply chain is broken, or bottlenecked.

Supply Chain Constraints and Production Output

Due to government shutdowns of the major economies worldwide in response to COVID-19, economic and labor output is lower than it once was, so the supply of goods available is lower than current demand – contributing to inflation. Two key issues are disruptions and bottlenecks in our global supply chain. For example, manufacturers can’t produce and ship completed products if they don’t have all the parts (or the people) to produce them. Computer chip shortages have caused a slow-down in the production of cars and throughout the past year, millions of components sat idly on cargo ships waiting to unload at ports around the world – even before the historic backup in the Suez Canal.

Here's some things all can cry about.... Inflation... With the back log of parts, lack of willing workers, the disgust from those footing the bill for the free Ice cream crowd, and several other factors.... I'll bet a Nickle inflation will be up another point or two before years end. That alone will be a reduction from every American family making a gross salary of $100,000 of $5,400.

I wonder how much Kamala Harris is to blame for saying (the whole time during pre-election) that she wouldn't take the vaccine if Donald Trump said it was safe to do so? It was all political BS, she didn't even think of the consequences, nor did she care.

The democrat propaganda at the time led the uneducated, social media sheep, and the recently "Woke" community to take the science of vaccination and equate it to an anti-Trump deal.

Now that the "Pandemic of Non Vaccinated" lies at their feet due largely in part to their misinformation, outright lies, and double-talk, one can only wonder about what now spews from their mouths as they still try, almost a year later to walk that back.

The liberal media is partially to blame as well, as they continually allow the "Party of Science" to use smoke and mirrors. If I had my way the first thing I would defund is the media.

Just some random thoughts from your friends here at the home office,

Thanks for the click

You continue to spew "drump lemming" I assume to create a reaction? But what you fail to see is or realise is a simple truth. Most Trump supporters are individual thinkers and don't follow the sheeple mentality of the Biden supporters. You even prove this in your above statement. You want to believe all Trump supporters follow him blindly, but fail to understand we think for ourselves and don't listen nor have we ever listened and agreed with all Trump says and does.

That is all for now, so don't expect me to be goaded into another response. You used to actually have a few thought provoking posts, but that has not happened in a long time. You've gotten so bad, that most things you post end the thread as no one wants to correspond with you. You have actually given a couple on this sight good recourse for Libel. Haha, you obviously don't know what the true meaning of "lemming" is figuratively... One of the basic elements needed to meet the definition is to be going down a path of "destruction/stupid/dangerous", not one of protection (vaccine)...

Guess you could make an argument that Drumpf Lemmings are so stupid they actually don't believe the things from Drumpf's mouth that are beneficial to them...

Here is the "figure of speech" definition for a "lemming":

https://www.dictionary.com/browse/lemming

"a person who follows the will of others, especially in a mass movement, and heads straight into a situation or circumstance that is dangerous, stupid, or destructive:

These lemmings that eat up conspiracy theories are so blinded by lies, they don’t even see the cliff they’re about to plummet over."

So, what happens if the President doesn't sign the Bill? Yep, it doesn't become law... Civics 101... Nice try though PS...

All Drumpf had to do was veto the bills and THEN you would have a logical argument that Congress FORCED spending down Drumpf throat by overriding the vetos... Nope, Drumph happily signed, and therefore it is Drumpf's deficits...

Almost forgot the revenue side... Drumpf championed the unfunded tax cut bill and signed it into law... Yep, never paid for itself and never would/will... Just created more of a deficit...

While the loss of something of value that must be replaced does cause some down stream economic activity, you do, never the less, suffer the initial loss and it is never regained. Ergo, better to have lower prices and grow the oil/gas industry on that basis.

Thought you were some kind of financial professional. Glad you're not managing my money.

Haha, yeah right... Not all increases in fuel prices are bad for the economy as it is a directional indicator of the health of the economy until it gets TOO high which it isn't right now... Just partisan b1tching and moaning...

See, another example of the Shunkey saying anything contradictive and then posting some obscure opinion piece as evidence just to get someone, anyone really, to give him some attention. Really, his life is that miserable. Maybe he's the one we should pity?

He craves the attention that bad, it's his crack. Sad really, especially for those that have to be around him.

I got his krytonite swinging, know that.

Agreed Palmer. The Biden mess is spreading far and wide . The fuel costs are driving everything else up - like food , manufacturing , and in fact all goods and services. Biden should know this since he drove an 18 wheeler. And on top of that the Biden admin has lost control of the border with many more mouths to feed pouring across. Mix this with a few more $$ high dollar drug dealer days in the form of $ 1400 payouts and things will be ugly

At least Bob took the hint and hopefully took a step back and realized how his actions have harmed this site and its' original intent. Maybe he isn't so ignorant after all.

RBF should be ashamed really, but he's too busy lying and spinning to feed his self aggrandized ego to take a step back and realize he too has harmed this site like no other since Lee the snake handler took his pompous opinions back behiind his gated and guard dog secured shun-hole.

We'll get things back to some semblance of normal, it's just gonna take time.

I know stuff, really. I'm here to help.

I believe admin should know about it too since Gotcha is still a sponsor...

The Biden fuel price is still up there. Looks like he is trying to get to the envros wanting $7 per gal to reduce the carbon footprint.

Photo didn’t post. Fuel in Greenville NC is around the 3.19 mark. The hero of the left has recently announced an all out effort to combat CC. Looks like goosing up fuel prices is one of the steps.
